Refund Policy for Bespoke Prescription Glasses
At Rosh Optics, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality custom prescription glasses, tailored to your unique prescription. As a custom-made product, these spectacles are surfaced with precision and care according to your specific prescription and unique measurements. Given the personalised nature of the products, we would like to clarify our refund policy:
- Prescription Accuracy Guarantee:We take great pride in our commitment to delivering eyeglasses that precisely match your prescription and specifications. If you find any discrepancy or error in your prescription glasses, please contact us within 14 days. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it. In cases of inaccuracy in the spectacles we have supplied, we will gladly provide a replacement pair or a full refund. If the error is in the prescriber’s prescription, we will not take responsibility for this and will not offer a refund; however, we will work with the prescriber to resolve the issue as much as possible.
- Quality Assurance:Our team maintains stringent quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process. If your custom prescription glasses have defects in materials or workmanship, we will rectify the issue or issue a full refund as long as we are made aware of any issues within 14 days after collection.
- Change of Mind:As bespoke products, our custom prescription glasses are created to your exact specifications. Due to their personalised nature, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a “change of mind” or if you simply decide that you no longer want the product.
- Cancellation Policy:If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Custom prescription glasses are typically manufactured shortly after the order is placed. If your order has not entered the production process, we will do our best to accommodate your request for a full refund. However, once production begins, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.
- Return for Warranty Claims:Our custom prescription spectacles come with a warranty against manufacturing faults of 1 year. If you experience issues related to the quality of materials after wearing your glasses, please contact us, and we will assess your case under our warranty policy.

- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned glasses, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund.
Refund Timeframe:
Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your refund once we receive the returned glasses. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
Some items, such as shipping fees, custom tinting, and any custom orders, are non-refundable.
